Terry L. Cumbey, a founding partner of CCK Strategies, PLLC and former Managing Partner. Cumbey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma. His major areas of practice included: income tax planning and consultation; business valuation; estate and gift tax planning; exit strategies and financial planning; business sale and acquisition planning; and general business consultation. During his career at CCK Strategies, Cumbey was a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and the OSCPA. He is also a past member of the AICPA Trust; the Estate and Gift Tax Committee; and the OSCPA Board of Directors. He is past chairman of the OSCPA Professional Continuing Education and past secretary of the Arthritis Foundation.
