John E. Curzon is a Certified Public Accountant accredited in Business Valuation and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor. Curzon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas.

His major areas of practice include: business succession planning; merger and acquisition consulting; business organization and strategic planning; income tax consultation; financial planning services; estate and retirement planning; operational strategies; and business valuation.

Curzon is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).

He is a member and past chairman of the Professional Ethics Committee of the OSCPA. He is a chairman of the OSCPA Editorial Board of CPA Focus Professional Magazine and is a contributing author.

Curzon is a past member of the Technical Standards Subcommittee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Professional Ethics Committee.

Terry L. Cumbey, CPA/ABV/CGMA, CVA, PFS, CFP®

Terry L. Cumbey serves as CCK’s Managing Partner.  He is a Certified Public Accountant accredited in Business Valuation. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst, a Certified Financial Planner and a Personal Financial Strategist. Cumbey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma.

His major areas of practice include: income tax planning and consultation; business valuation; estate and gift tax planning; exit strategies and financial planning; business sale and acquisition planning; and general business consultation.

Cumbey is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and the OSCPA. He is a past member of the AICPA Trust; the Estate and Gift Tax Committee; and the OSCPA Board of Directors.

He is past chairman of the OSCPA Professional Continuing Education and past secretary of the Arthritis Foundation.

Eric M. Kunkel, CPA/ABV/CFF/CGMA, CVA, MBA

Eric is a Founding Partner of the CCK Firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, Accredited in Business Valuation, and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is a graduate of the University of Tulsa, with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. His major areas of practice include: income tax planning and compliance; foreign and international tax matters; business valuation; multi-state tax matters; estate and gift tax planning; audit and financial accounting services; general business consultation; and benefit and retirement planning. In addition to other sectors, Eric's practice at CCK involves companies in the manufacturing and distribution industries. As a result, his professional experience has grown to include foreign and international tax matters.
 
Eric is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the Tulsa Chapter of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants; and the Institute of Management Accountants. He has a long-term commitment to serve in professional organizations including serving as a past President of the Tulsa Chapter of the OSCPA; a past Director of the Board of the OSCPA; a past member of the OSCPA Business Valuation, Forensic and Litigation Support Committee; past Chairman of the OSCPA Taxation Committee; and a past Chairman of the OSCPA Tulsa Chapter Continuing Education Committee. Eric is a member of the Tulsa Estate Planning Forum and the Tulsa Tax Forum. Eric is also active through CCK Corporate Sponsorship in the Tulsa Chapter of the Oklahoma Ethics Consortium.

Eric feels a deep sense of responsibility and desire to give back to the community, and he is the Treasurer and member of the Board of the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. As a native Tulsan who has traveled many times by bicycle through 15 countries, Eric holds a passion to see the state of Oklahoma reach its highest potential, which is why he was recently inducted into the Oklahoma District Export Council for a 4 year term. The U.S. Department of Commerce has selected his nomination as an individual for appointment by the Secretary of Commerce to serve as a member of the Oklahoma Council. In our country's finest tradition of volunteerism, the approval of his membership is important to a national economical goal of expanding the U.S. exports. Eric is also active through CCK Corporate Sponsorship in the Tulsa Global Alliance.

Eric holds tax and business consulting experience in connection with client business presence in the following jurisdictions: Canada, Mexico, Turks & Caicos, Columbia, Peru, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Trinidad, Switzerland, Qatar, Nigeria, Algeria, Uganda, and Madagascar. He is currently working with clients with tax filings and other compliance matters in 47 U.S. States.

He is also a multi-term member of the Tulsa Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma; a founding member of the Board and long-time Treasurer of the Tristesse Healing Hearts Grief Center; a member of the Tulsa Chapter and two-time former Superior District Governor of the American Business Club, as well as a two-time Tulsa Chapter President.

Jeffrey A. Frable, CPA, CGMA

Jeffrey A. Frable is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

Frable currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bixby Metro Chamber of Commerce and Montereau Retirement Community, as treasurer for the Tulsa Route 66 Marathon, Bixby Rotary Club and Pride of Bixby Band Parents Association and member of the New Beginnings Church management leadership team.”

Kayce L. Nelson, CPA, CGMA

Kayce is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Northeastern State University, with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. Her career has included experience in corporate accounting with a publicly traded company, a controller for a privately owned manufacturing company, small business owner and public accounting. Her major areas of focus in public accounting include: small business planning, and tax & business consulting services. Her role in the firm includes leading the tax division and firm recruiting.

Brent Johnson, CPA

Brent is a Certified Public Accountant having graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting. He has over 30 years of audit experience with clients in the manufacturing, construction, distribution, non-profit and other industries.

In addition to being an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Tulsa Chapter of the OSCPA, and the Institute of Management Accountants, Brent has been very involved in the Tulsa community. He is currently Chairman of both the Community Health Foundation, as well as the Audit Review Committee for the Tulsa Area United Way. He has also been Treasurer of the Tulsa Boys’ Home and Oklahoma Sinfonia and served as Vice-Chairman of the Tulsa City-County Board of Health. Brent serves on the Advisory Board for the School of Accounting at Oklahoma State University. He is a member of the Finance Committee of the Community Action Project of Tulsa County, Inc.  He has also served as treasure of the Tulsa Boys' Home and Oklahoma Sinfonia and served as vice-chairman of the Tulsa City-County Board of Health.
