John E. Curzon, CPA/ABV, CVA, CM&AA
John E. Curzon is a Certified Public Accountant accredited in Business Valuation. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor. Curzon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas.
His major areas of practice include: business succession planning; merger and acquisition consulting; business organization and strategic planning; income tax consultation; financial planning services; estate and retirement planning; operational strategies; and business valuation.
Curzon is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).
He is a member and past chairman of the Professional Ethics Committee of the OSCPA. He also is a member of the OSCPA Editorial Board of CPA focus professional magazine and is a contributing author.

Terry L. Cumbey, CPA/ABV, CVA, PFS, CFP®
Terry L. Cumbey serves as CCK’s Managing Partner. He is a Certified Public Accountant accredited in Business Valuation. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst, a Certified Financial Planner and a Personal Financial Strategist. Cumbey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
His major areas of practice include: income tax planning and consultation; business valuation; estate and gift tax planning; exit strategies and financial planning; business sale and acquisition planning; and general business consultation.
Cumbey is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and the OSCPA. He is a past member of the AICPA Trust; the Estate and Gift Tax Committee; and the OSCPA Board of Directors.
He is past chairman of the OSCPA Professional Continuing Education and past secretary of the Arthritis Foundation.
Eric M. Kunkel, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, MBA
Eric is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics. He is a graduate of the University of Tulsa, with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. His major areas of practice include: business valuation; income tax planning and compliance; foreign and international tax matters; estate and gift tax planning; audit and financial accounting services; general business consultation; and benefit and retirement planning.
Eric is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants; and the Institute of Management Accountants. He is a member of the OSCPA Business Valuation, Forensic and Litigation Support Committee; a past Director of the Board of the OSCPA, past President of the Tulsa Chapter of the OSCPA; past Chairman of the OSCPA Tulsa Chapter Continuing Education Committee; and past Chairman of the OSCPA Taxation Committee.

Jeffrey A. Frable, CPA
Jeffrey A. Frable is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
His major areas of practice include: small business organization and strategic planning; income tax consultation; audit and financial accounting services; and general business consultation.
Frable is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the OSCPA.
He is a past president of the OSCPA and Tulsa Chapter of the OSCPA and past Chair of the OSCPA Education Foundation.
Frable currently serves on the Bixby Metro Chamber of Commerce executive committee, as treasurer for the Tulsa Route 66 Marathon, the Bixby Rotary Club and the Pride of Bixby Band Parents Association and as Chair of the New Beginnings Church stewardship council.
Kayce L. Nelson, CPA
Kayce is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Northeastern State University, with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. Her career has included experience in corporate accounting with a publicly traded company, a controller for a privately owned manufacturing company, small business owner and public accounting. Her major areas of focus in public accounting include: small business planning, and tax & business consulting services. Her role in the firm includes leading the tax division and firm recruiting.

Glenn Eddleman, CPA/CFF, CFE, CFI
Glenn A. Eddleman is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Certified Forensic Interviewer. He is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, with a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting.
His major areas of practice include: fraud prevention, investigation and expert testimony services; due diligence for mergers and acquisitions; business valuations, financial statement audit, review, compilation and agreed upon procedure services; income tax consulting; and general business consulting.
Eddleman has a wide range of industry experience including Employee Benefit Plans, Restaurants, Manufacturing, Distribution, Health Care, Construction, Not-for-Profit, Tribal Governments, Banking, Estate and Gift transactions and Professional Services.
He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE); Center for Interviewer Standards & Assessment; American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA); Tulsa Chapter of the OSCPA; and the Tulsa Chapter of the ACFE.
He is the vice president for the Tulsa Chapter of the OSCPA; board member for the Tulsa Chapter of the ACFE; and treasurer of the Pregnancy Resource Center of Owasso.
Eddleman is a past president of the Tulsa Chapter of the ACFE.
Brent Johnson, CPA
Brent is a Certified Public Accountant having graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting. He has over 30 years of audit experience with clients in the manufacturing, construction, distribution, non-profit and other industries.
In addition to being an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Tulsa Chapter of the OSCPA, and the Institute of Management Accountants, Brent has been very involved in the Tulsa community. He is currently Chairman of both the Community Health Foundation, as well as the Audit Review Committee for the Tulsa Area United Way. He has also been Treasurer of the Tulsa Boys’ Home and Oklahoma Sinfonia and served as Vice-Chairman of the Tulsa City-County Board of Health. Brent serves on the Advisory Board for the School of Accounting at Oklahoma State University.
