John E. Curzon, CPA/ABV, CVA, CM&AA
John E. Curzon is a Certified Public Accountant accredited in Business Valuation. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor. Curzon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas.
His major areas of practice include: business valuation; merger and acquisition consulting; business organization and strategic planning; income tax consultation; financial planning services; estate and retirement planning; operational strategies; and business succession planning.
Curzon is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).
He is the chairman of the Professional Ethics Committee of the OSCPA. He also is a member of the OSCPA Editorial Board of CPA focus professional magazine and is a contributing author.

Terry L. Cumbey, CPA/ABV, CVA, PFS, CFP®
Terry L. Cumbey is a Certified Public Accountant accredited in Business Valuation. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst, a Certified Financial Planner and a Personal Financial Strategist. Cumbey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
His major areas of practice include: income tax planning and consultation; business valuation; estate and gift tax planning; exit strategies and financial planning; business sale and acquisition planning; and general business consultation.
Cumbey is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and the OSCPA. He is a past member of the AICPA Trust; the Estate and Gift Tax Committee; and the OSCPA Board of Directors.
He is past chairman of the OSCPA Professional Continuing Education and past secretary of the Arthritis Foundation.

Eric M. Kunkel, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA
Eric M. Kunkel is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant, accredited in Business Valuation. He is a graduate of the University of Tulsa, with a Bachelor of Science degree and a master’s degree in business administration.
Kunkel's major areas of practice include: business valuation; income tax planning and compliance; foreign and international tax matters; estate and gift tax planning; audit and financial accounting services; general business consultation; and benefit and retirement planning.

Jeffrey A. Frable, CPA
Jeffrey A. Frable is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
His major areas of practice include: small business organization and strategic planning; income tax consultation; audit and financial accounting services; and general business consultation.

Her career has included experience in corporate accounting with a publicly traded company, a controller for a privately owned manufacturing company and public accounting. Her major areas of focus in public accounting include: small business planning, and tax & business consulting services.
